1. 怎么联系我们

最快的办法是发邮件到 contact@airdiode.com；应用里也可以走设置 → 帮助 → 联系开发者。这是一个个人维护的项目，我们会认真看每一封邮件，但不承诺响应时间。

为了少一轮往返，请在邮件里带上：

• 版本与构建标记：应用内 设置 → 关于 里有两行，照抄即可；
• 设备与系统：例如 iPhone 17 Pro / iOS 26，或 Mac / macOS 26；
• 你做了什么、期望什么、实际发生了什么。

贴日志或截图前，请去掉 Endpoint、桶名与任何密钥。排查不需要密钥，也请不要把它发给我们。

2. 常见问题

• 密钥与权限：给孤云的密钥只授权这一个桶。不要使用主账号密钥，也不要给它访问别的桶的权限——应用只需要读取、写入、列举这几项。
• 生命周期规则与版本控制会不会删对象：服务商的生命周期规则与版本控制由服务商执行，孤云看不到也拦不住：规则可能把对象转成低频或归档存储，也可能直接删除；桶里开了版本控制时，删除只是加一个删除标记，占用的空间不会减少。用之前先看一眼桶的规则。
• 回收站：孤云的回收站是桶里的一个目录（.guyun/trash/），和普通文件一样占存储、一样计费，服务商的规则同样会作用到它；只有「彻底删除」才真的删除数据。
• 费用：通常会产生费用的是：存储（包含回收站）、外网下行流量（下载）、请求次数，以及列表缩略图与视频截帧这类图片处理。上传通常不计流量费。用量与账单在服务商控制台里看。
• 连接失败：依次检查——地址是不是完整的 HTTPS Endpoint、地域是否选对、寻址方式（OSS 不支持路径式地址，自定义域名要选 CNAME）、密钥权限，以及本机时间是否准确（时间偏差过大会让签名直接过期）。
• 搜索为什么没搜完：全桶搜索要把整个桶的目录读一遍（对象存储没有服务端模糊搜索）。一轮最多读 25 页、约 5 000 个对象；没读完会提示还有更多，可以点「继续搜索」——这不是出错，是在替你控制请求费用。
• 上传遇到同名文件：按设置里的同名策略处理；在支持的存储上，应用会用服务端的条件写入（OSS 的禁止覆盖、S3 的 If-None-Match）避免竞态下的意外覆盖。

3. 应用不做的事

• 不做同步、不做自动备份：没有推送、没有文件夹镜像，也不会在你没有发起的时候动你的数据。它是一款「你自己发起、并且能看见结果」的传输工具。
• 不做后台定时任务：没有排期、没有值守式的后台工作。
• 锁是界面门，不是加密：应用锁与单桶锁挡的是「拿起你这台已解锁设备的人」，不是「能读到设备数据的人」。
• 列表缩略图依赖服务商的图片处理（阿里云 OSS）；不提供这项能力的服务商只显示文件类型图标。
• 跨桶转移尚未提供：复制与移动目前只在一个桶内进行。

1. How to reach us

The quickest way is email: contact@airdiode.com. In the app you can also use Settings → Help → Contact. This is a one-person project: every message is read, but no response time is promised.

To save a round trip, please include:

• Version and build stamp: both are shown in Settings → About — copy them as they are;
• Device and system: for example iPhone 17 Pro / iOS 26, or Mac / macOS 26;
• What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.

Before pasting logs or screenshots, remove your endpoint, bucket name and any keys. Troubleshooting never needs a key, and please do not send one.

2. Common questions

• Keys and permissions: give Guyun a key that can use this one bucket only. Do not use the account's root key, and do not grant access to other buckets — the app needs to read, write and list, nothing more.
• Will lifecycle rules or versioning delete my objects? Lifecycle rules and versioning run on your provider's side: Guyun cannot see them or stop them. A rule can move objects to infrequent-access or archive storage, or delete them outright. With versioning on, deleting only adds a delete marker and frees no space. Look at your bucket's rules before you rely on it.
• Trash: Guyun's trash is a folder inside the bucket (.guyun/trash/). It occupies storage and is billed like any other file, and your provider's rules apply to it too. Only Delete for good actually removes the data.
• Cost: what usually costs money is storage (including the trash), outbound traffic (downloads), request counts, and image processing such as list thumbnails and video snapshots. Uploads are usually free of traffic charges. Usage and bills live in your provider's console.
• It will not connect: check in order — the endpoint is a complete HTTPS address; the region matches; the addressing style (OSS does not support path-style, and a custom domain needs CNAME); the key's permissions; and the device clock is accurate (a large time skew makes signatures expire).
• Why did the search stop early? Whole-storage search reads the bucket's index (object storage has no server-side substring search). One run covers up to 25 pages, about 5,000 objects; if there is more, the app says so and offers Continue search — that is your request costs being kept in check, not a failure.
• An upload met a file of the same name: the app follows your setting for duplicates; where the provider supports it, it uses a conditional write (forbid-overwrite on OSS, If-None-Match on S3) so a race cannot silently overwrite a file.

3. What Guyun does not do

• No sync and no automatic backup: no push, no folder mirroring, and nothing touches your data unless you start it. It is a tool for transfers you begin yourself and can watch finish.
• No scheduled background work: nothing runs on a timer, nothing watches your storage.
• The locks are screen gates, not encryption: they keep out someone who picks up your already-unlocked device, not someone who can read the device's data.
• List thumbnails depend on your provider's image processing (Alibaba Cloud OSS). Where a provider does not offer it, files are shown with type icons.
• Moving data between two buckets is not available yet: copy and move currently work inside one bucket.
