孤云 Guyun 隐私政策与免责条款

1. 我们是谁

孤云（Guyun）是一个由个人开发者维护的客户端应用。联系邮箱：contact@airdiode.com。

2. 我们不收集什么

• 没有账号体系：你不需要注册，我们也没有任何用户数据库。
• 演示模式不联网：应用内置的「演示存储」把示例文件写在你自己的设备上，全程不发出任何网络请求，也不含任何真实凭据；移除演示会删掉这些文件。
• 没有遥测、统计或广告 SDK：应用不向任何第三方发送使用数据。
• 没有崩溃上报：诊断信息只写在本机，不会外发。
• 没有服务器：我们不运营用于中转、缓存或保存你文件的服务器，因此也无从访问你的文件。

3. 你的数据流向哪里

你主动选择的文件，直接在你的设备与你配置的云服务商（例如阿里云 OSS，或其他 S3 兼容服务）之间传输。我们不经手、不中转、无法读取。云服务商按其自身政策处理文件、访问日志与计费数据，这部分不受我们控制。

4. 应用在本机保存了什么

为完成你要求的操作，应用只在本机保存以下内容（除你主动下载或预览的缓存外，不含任何云端文件副本）：

• 存储配置（名称、服务商、Endpoint、地域、Bucket、地址方式）——不含密钥；
• 传输队列与断点检查点、上传中转文件、下载缓存；
• 任务包与其投递目的地（含你选择目录的书签）；
• 界面偏好；
• 设备身份（一个随机 UUID，用于在你的桶里登记「哪台设备连接过」）；
• 访问密钥与设备身份存放于系统 Keychain（AfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly，不同步、不随配置导出）；
• 从桶里取回的缩略图与预览文件（可随时清除）。

你可以在设置中清理缓存、清除全部凭据；卸载应用后 Keychain 条目可能仍由系统保留。

5. 系统权限的用途

• 文件选择器：只读取你主动选中的文件或文件夹；
• 照片：仅在你选择「保存到系统相册」时，以「仅添加」权限写入，不读取、不浏览你的相册；
• 相机：仅在你主动扫描二维码时使用，画面不保存、不上传。

6. 存放在你自己桶里的应用数据

应用会在你的 Bucket 里写入少量内部对象，它们在你自己的桶中、随桶计费，可用任何 S3 工具查看或删除：

• .guyun/trash/：回收站（删除的文件与清单）；
• .guyun/devices/：设备连接记录（设备名、平台与版本、机型、首次／最近连接时间）；
• .guyun/handoff/：跨设备交接码的短暂记录（用于一次性领取与撤销）。

其中除你的文件内容外不含额外副本，也不含密钥。删除配置时，该桶里会留下一条「已移除」标记，供你的其他设备识别。

7. 第三方

除你自己的云服务商外，应用不集成任何第三方服务。App Store 的分发、购买与系统级数据（例如 Apple 的崩溃收集、诊断）由 Apple 按其政策处理，不属于本条款范围。

8. 你的选择

你可以随时：清除全部凭据；清理本机缓存；移除配置（只影响本机，云端桶与数据不受影响、仍会计费）；用任何 S3 工具直接查看、迁移或删除你桶里的数据。

9. 免责与责任限制

• 按现状提供：本应用免费提供，不作任何明示或默示的担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵犯第三方权利的担保。
• 数据风险由你承担：我们不保证数据不会丢失、损坏或误删。请自行做好备份——本应用不是备份方案的替代品。
• 密钥风险：访问密钥由你自行取得与保管。把密钥或存储分享给他人、或让他人使用你的密钥，由此产生的一切后果由你承担。请为不同用途使用不同密钥，并遵循最小权限原则。
• 云服务商与本机环境：云服务商的可用性、计费、数据持久性、地域与合规，以及你的设备、网络与操作系统，都不在我们控制范围内。
• 费用：存储与外网流量费用由你的云账号承担，我们不参与计费、不提供免费额度，也不对费用争议负责。
• 责任限制：在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害不承担责任；我们的累计责任不超过你为本应用支付的金额（本应用免费，因此为零）。本条不排除依法不能排除的责任（例如故意或重大过失造成的责任）。
• 不可抗力：因不可抗力或第三方原因导致的损失，我们不承担责任。

10. 变更与生效

• 生效日期：2026 年 9 月 12 日。
• 条款如有实质变更，我们会在本页更新并标注日期；继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
• 适用法律与管辖：本条款适用服务提供者所在地法律；因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商解决。本条不排除你所在地法律赋予你的强制性权利。

• 存取金鑰與裝置身分存放於系統 Keychain（AfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly，不同步、不隨設定匯出）；
• 從桶裡取回的縮圖與預覽檔案（可隨時清除）。

你可以在設定中清理快取、清除全部憑據；移除 App 後 Keychain 項目可能仍由系統保留。

5. 系統權限的用途

• 檔案選擇器：只讀取你主動選取的檔案或檔案夾；
• 照片：僅在你選擇「儲存到系統相簿」時，以「僅加入」權限寫入，不讀取、不瀏覽你的相簿；
• 相機：僅在你主動掃描二維碼時使用，畫面不保存、不上傳。

6. 存放在你自己桶裡的 App 資料

• 資料風險由你承擔：我們不保證資料不會遺失、損壞或誤刪。請自行做好備份——本 App 不是備份方案的替代品。
• 金鑰風險：存取金鑰由你自行取得與保管。把金鑰或儲存分享給他人、或讓他人使用你的金鑰，由此產生的一切後果由你承擔。請為不同用途使用不同金鑰，並遵循最小權限原則。
• 雲端服務商與本機環境：服務商的可用性、計費、資料持久性、區域與合規，以及你的裝置、網路與作業系統，都不在我們控制範圍內。

1. Who we are

Guyun is a client app maintained by an individual developer. Contact: contact@airdiode.com.

2. What we do not collect

• No accounts: there is nothing to register, and we hold no user database.
• The demo mode does not go online: the built-in demo storage writes its sample files on your own device. It makes no network requests at all and holds no real credentials; removing the demo deletes those files.
• No telemetry, analytics or advertising SDKs: the app sends no usage data to anyone.
• No crash reporting: diagnostics stay on your device.
• No servers: we operate nothing that relays, caches or stores your files, so we cannot reach them.

3. Where your data goes

Files you choose travel directly between your device and the cloud provider you configure (Alibaba Cloud OSS, or another S3-compatible service). We never handle or relay them and cannot read them. Your provider processes files, access logs and billing data under its own policies; that part is outside our control.

4. What the app keeps on this device

Only what is needed to do what you asked, with no cloud copy except what you deliberately download or preview:

• storage configuration (name, provider, endpoint, region, bucket, addressing) — no credentials;
• transfer queue and resume checkpoints, upload staging files, download cache;
• task packages and their delivery destinations (including bookmarks for folders you pick);
• interface preferences;
• a device identity (a random UUID, used to record which devices have connected to your bucket);
• access credentials and the device identity in the system Keychain (AfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly, never synchronised, never exported with a configuration);
• thumbnails and preview files fetched from your bucket, clearable at any time.

You can clear the cache and erase all credentials in Settings. Keychain entries may survive uninstalling the app.

5. Why the app asks for permissions

• File picker: reads only the files or folders you select.
• Photos: used only when you choose “Save to Photos”, with add-only permission. The app never reads or browses your library.
• Camera: used only while you scan a code. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.

6. App data kept inside your own bucket

The app writes a few internal objects into your bucket. They live in your bucket, are billed as part of it, and can be viewed or deleted with any S3 tool:

• .guyun/trash/ — the trash (deleted files plus their manifests);
• .guyun/devices/ — connection records (device name, platform and version, model, first and last connection times);
• .guyun/handoff/ — short-lived handoff records used for single-use claims and cancellation.

They contain no extra copies of your files and no credentials. Removing a configuration leaves a “removed” mark in that bucket so your other devices can tell.

7. Third parties

Apart from your own cloud provider, the app integrates no third-party services. Distribution, purchases and system-level data (such as Apple’s crash collection and diagnostics) are handled by Apple under its own policies and are outside this policy.

8. Your choices

At any time you can: erase all credentials; clear the local cache; remove a configuration (this device only — the bucket and its data are untouched and keep being billed); or inspect, migrate and delete anything in your bucket with any S3 tool.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• Provided as is: the app is free and comes with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• Data risk is yours: we do not guarantee that data will not be lost, corrupted or accidentally deleted. Keep your own backups — this app is not a substitute for a backup plan.
• Key risk: you obtain and keep your own access keys. Sharing them or your storage with others, or letting others use your keys, is entirely at your own risk. Use separate keys per purpose and grant the least privilege that works.
• Providers and environment: your provider’s availability, billing, durability, regions and compliance, as well as your devices, network and operating system, are outside our control.
• Costs: storage and outbound traffic are billed to your cloud account. We take no part in billing, offer no free allowance and are not responsible for billing disputes.
• Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app; our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app (the app is free, so that amount is zero). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for intent or gross negligence).
• Force majeure: we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes and effective date

• Effective date: September 12, 2026.
• Material changes will be published on this page with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
• Governing law and jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of the service provider’s place of business; disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Nothing here removes mandatory rights you have under the law of your own jurisdiction.
